Hello, my name is Daria. Iām a recent university graduate from the UK, now residing in Poland.
Originally from Poland, I moved to the UK at the age of six, beginning my educational journey with practically no knowledge of the English language. This early challenge fostered a deep sense of creativity and artistry within me. My path to discovering my true passion wasn't straightforward. After realizing that Interior Design wasn't my calling, I shifted my focus to UX Design, a field where I could blend my interests in psychology and helping others.
Driven by empathy, I strive to create human-centered designs that provide accessible and enjoyable experiences for everyone. From helping out with my family's online furniture business by improving their website, to working on university projects, and most recently, my internship enhancing navigation for prospective students, I've gained hands-on experience in designing solutions that prioritize user happiness.
My creativity extends beyond design, in my free-time encompassing traditional art like oil painting, digital art, baking, sewing, and now creative writing with hopes to publish a novel one day. I value empathy and consideration in everything I do, and as I embark on my professional career as a designer, I aim to continually develop my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact. My ultimate goal is to gain expertise in accessibility, ensuring technology is inclusive and considerate of all users.
